Lake Phalen Rowing is a NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED not-for-profit community rowing program located in St. Paul on the North shore of Lake Phalen, operating in partnership with St. Paul Parks and Recreation and many schools in surrounding communities.

We are an inclusive community that ignites a passion for rowing by encouraging the development of rowers, and celebrating team and individual success so every rower can experience the life-long benefits of rowing.
