Lake Phalen Rowing welcomes both independent/experienced recreational and competitive rowers, including collegiate rowers. Competitive rowers represent Lake Phalen Rowing at local, regional, and national regattas. This is for rowers who wish to build fitness, endurance, and a competitive edge. Join at any time. Must be able to swim and lift 30 lbs over head. Basic USRowing membership required ($25.00). Coached practices 6-7:30pm weekdays, 8am Saturday. Practice times are flexible for collegiate/independent rowers.
